Meet Lucy
Hi! I'm the founder of Kite Consulting and a senior HR professional with more than 25 years' experience working across HR operations, systems, governance, compliance and service delivery.
I've worked in global technology, engineering, public sector and regulated environments, helping organisations build HR functions, improve processes, implement systems and manage change.
I've built HR infrastructure for growing organisations, led HR service transformation and worked extensively with HR systems and global operations.
My career has included senior HR roles with organisations including Microsoft, Yell, OpenText, and AWE, as well as leading HR for growing national and global technology organisations.
What I've learned along the way is that good HR doesn't need to be complicated.
It needs to be clear, well organised, proportionate and designed around the business it supports.
That's why I started Kite Consulting!
I wanted to offer growing businesses access to the kind of experienced HR thinking and practical support that larger organisations take for granted, without making HR feel corporate, complicated or unnecessarily expensive.
